1. Account Terms

You must be at least 4 years old to use BudNote
Provide accurate registration information
Maintain account security (notify us of breaches immediately)

2. Acceptable Use

        You Agree Not To:
        Use the service for illegal financial activities
Reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities
Overload our infrastructure (automated scraping prohibited)

    

3. Premium Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Plans

Monthly Premium: $19.99/month (auto-renewing)
Quarterly Premium: $38.99/quarter (auto-renewing, equivalent to $12.99/month, Save 35%)
Yearly Premium: $119.99/year (auto-renewing, equivalent to $9.99/month, Save 50%)
All prices are in USD and may vary by country
Prices are subject to change with notice

3.2 Subscription Features

Unlimited budget tracking and financial insights
Advanced AI-powered financial recommendations
Priority customer support
Ad-free experience
Data export and backup features

3.3 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3.4 Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial period
Free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends
You can cancel the free trial at any time through your App Store account settings

3.5 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies and are not guaranteed
To request a refund, please contact Apple Support

3.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time
Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription
Your continued use of the service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price

4. Intellectual Property

We own all app code, designs, and trademarks
You retain ownership of your financial data
Grant us license to process your data for service delivery

5. Disclaimers

BudNote provides tools, not recommendations. Consult a professional for investment/tax advice.

5.2 Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these terms
You may delete your account anytime
Data handled per our Privacy Policy upon termination
